I love to eat Sushi but have never made it before and was excited to get a chance to review this item and possibly get up the courage to make my own. I was surprised at everything that came with this package and how well made it is, it is made from a very durable plastic that almost feels like a PVC pipe material. The best part is the instruction book with a few recipes that made it so I didn't have to search all over to find out what I would need. The knife is very sharp so make sure you are careful with it, and the chopsticks are great they feel almost like a ceramic instead of cheap wood or plastic. I received this item for free in exchange for my honest opinion and review.
