I work at a computer all day and my butt gets sore from sitting and have to get up every hour or so to help it so my butt doesn't fall asleep. I have been wanting to try a seat cushion like this for awhile to see if it helped with my issue. I have been using this for about a week now and it has helped me add a few hours on to when I have to get up and move to keep my butt awake. You wouldn't think that would be a big deal but it ruins productivity if you have to get up every hour and interrupt what you are working on to go stretch so your butt doesn't fall asleep.
The memory foam is very responsive and bounces back after you get up from it. The cover to the cushion comes with a zipper so you can wash it any time that you want to. I have also noticed that it helps me be more aware of my posture when I am at my desk so that is also a plus. The only draw back is that it slides forward a little when using it and has to be adjusted frequently. It is not enough to be a deal breaker just a little minor annoyance.
