OmniGreen (OG) Labs Dietary Fiber Supplement Review

Since I am not a spring chicken any more I tend to take daily supplements to help out what my diet is lacking.  I tend to eat a lot of Protein on the eating program I am on to try to loose some weight.  For those that don't know a lot of protein will back your bowels up like no tomorrow if you are not staying well hydrated and getting enough fiber in your diet.  Since I am not a giant fan of green leafy vegetable I tend to take a fiber supplement to help with that.  

I have tried a half dozen fiber supplements and some are just down right nasty and others are good.  I have been using Costco's fiber powder for a few months now and have liked it.  I would rank this fiber supplement on the same field as Costco's, it is very easy to dissolve and tasteless.  I normally put a few scoops in 4 oz of water and then wait a few min until it is all dissolved before drinking it.  The seal on this thing is a pain in the butt to get off but that is not enough to knock any stars off, over all I would recommend this for anyone that needs to add a little fiber to their diet.  I received this item for free in exchange for my honest opinion and review.
